Center Clinical Manager

Rachelle has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2009, earning her master’s degree and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017. With experience supporting autistic individuals from early diagnosis through adulthood, she has worked in a variety of settings, including public schools, homes, community programs, and autism centers.

Passionate about compassionate, child-centered care, Rachelle prioritizes each child’s unique needs while fostering meaningful progress. She specializes in Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI), social skill development, and addressing challenging behaviors through evidence-based approaches such as Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT).

Rachelle is excited to bring high-quality ABA services to Worcester and looks forward to building strong connections with families and the local community.

Our centers follow a play-based model where children learn through play in individual and group settings, including indoor/outdoor playgrounds, a preschool-style classroom, and open play areas with toys like train sets, a play kitchen, and costumes.

Similar to traditional childcare, our schedule includes play, snacks, meals, small group activities (circle time, crafts, imaginative play), and naps. What sets us apart is that each child is paired with a behavior technician who implements a personalized treatment plan under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, fostering communication, social skills, play, attention, and independence.
